Welcome to okgg. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okgg platform. By accessing the okgg website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

• Okgg may request identity documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Okgg takes strong measures to ensure that no underage individual can access the platform. Our age verification process is strict and multi-layered.

• Date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Okgg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time if there is reason for doubt.
• Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.
• If it is proven that a minor has used an account, all associated transactions will be voided.

The following rules apply to all payments on okgg:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (may vary by payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes; during peak times it may take up to 24 hours.
• To prevent money laundering, okgg may request additional verification for large transactions.

Any issues with a transaction must be reported to support within 24 hours. Claims raised after this period may be difficult to consider.

Every bonus and promotional offer on okgg comes with specific terms attached. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements (turnover conditions).
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts under the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Okgg reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on okgg:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed separately for each market.
• If faulty odds are displayed for any event, okgg reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bets linked to evidence of match manipulation or suspicious activity will be cancelled.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Odds in live betting may change due to delays; okgg reserves the right to accept bets at the revised odds or cancel them accordingly.

Okgg may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you register using false or incomplete information.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
• Under the direction of legal authorities.

• Bets not completed due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• Loss resulting from failure to secure your device or password.

That said, okgg always endeavors to resolve technical issues promptly and to compensate affected users where applicable.

• Disputes regarding betting outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of bet confirmation.
• Payment disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
